17Superseded
23Major findings
96Medium findings
193Minor findings

312 graded findings across 312 changed documents. Grades reflect the effect of what is drawn and its indicative cost; they are a reviewer's aid, not a valuation.

2Register comparison

Each row pairs a tender document with its contract counterpart by number, then by title where the number changed. Twelve rows shown of 1,284; the full table is filterable in the report.

  1. MajorDoor D-07 relocated; corridor narrowed
Door D-07 relocated 600 mm east; corridor 3.01 south wall moved 450 mm north between grids C and E; corridor width reduced from 1,600 mm to 1,150 mm. Door schedule SF-C-A-5120 row D-07 is unchanged. Clear width at the door approach and the accessible route to lobby 3.02 to be confirmed by the designer.

Dimensions are scaled from the drawings and rounded to 50 mm; they indicate the order of the change and are not setting-out dimensions. Grades are indicative, from the drawings alone.

4Specification consistency, contract issue

Within the contract issue, each specification clause that states a drawn or scheduled property is read against the drawing or schedule that shows it. Four of 212 checked clauses shown.

Clause Specification states Drawing or schedule shows Result

Vol. 2, 5.1.4Corridor partitions type W-12: 60-minute fire resistance, full height to slab.SF-C-A-5301: W-12 at 60 minutes. SF-C-A-2103 C02: W-12 hatched as 90 minutes.Discrepancy between plan and wall-type sheet

Vol. 2, 4.6.3Apartment entrance doors: lever handles throughout, accessible pattern.SF-C-A-5120, row D-07 hardware set H-3: knob set.Discrepancy between clause and schedule

Consistency is checked within one issue only. A discrepancy is reported as found; which document governs is a matter for the contract, not for this report.

5What this report does and does not say

It does say

Which documents exist in each issue, how each one was paired, and what changed between them as drawn, scheduled or written. Each change is named by element, located by grid and level, and graded for its effect and indicative cost. Every document that could not be compared is listed with the reason.

It does not say

Whether a change is correct, approved or priced. Dimensions are scaled from drawings, not measured on site. Grades are a reviewer's aid for ordering attention, not a valuation or an instruction. Where a clause and a drawing disagree, the report records the disagreement; it does not decide which governs.
